Delete your SIMMENT account

This page applies to the SIMMENT app (iOS and Android, package ai.simment.app) and the web desk at simment.ai, operated by SIMMENT. Contact: [email protected].

Option 1: delete from inside the app

1. Open SIMMENT and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap "Delete account".
4. Enter your password to confirm.

The account and its data are removed immediately.

Option 2: delete from the web desk

Sign in at simment.ai/trading, open the account panel and choose "Delete account", then confirm with your password.

Option 3: request by email

Email [email protected] from the address registered on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your email address and password hash.
• Your paper trading desk: virtual balance, open positions, trade history, AI trading settings.
• Push notification tokens and notification preferences linked to the account.
• Your login session.

What is kept

Nothing tied to you. Anonymous server logs rotate automatically within 30 days. There is no payment data because SIMMENT never takes money.
